    Hello
    A handheld scanner "reads" a barcode and returns it as a number/letter, the azerty/qwerty layout has nothing to do with it.
    Why do you mention that?

    When I scan my barcode with my scanner, it translates the A into a Q
    I am a volunteer librarian, and it is while changing software that I am encountering this problem
    It seems that the manual contains barcode codes provided to modify the reading
    but I no longer have this manual.

      Unfortunately, my documentation is generic documentation.
      The setup barcodes may not be compatible.
