Hello,
I have an Eclipse barcode scanner that was working very well when it was connected with a keyboard wedge cable. I changed computers, and now I am using Windows 10 with a wireless keyboard/mouse, so I connected my scanner with a USB cable. However, when I connect it, I get a message saying: USB device not recognized.
Do you have a solution, maybe a driver to download, and which one?
Thank you
Lionel

Hi,

Have you read this: https://www.honeywellaidc.com/en/-/media/en/files-public/technical-publications/barcode-scanners/eclipse-5145/70-79016.pdf?

Otherwise, maybe it's not compatible with Windows 10... But that seems surprising to me.

Thank you for your response, but you are sending me a PDF of the manual for the shower head that I have as a hard copy, which doesn't change the problem that it is not recognized via USB. Shouldn't a driver be installed, and if so, which one?

The question,

Have you read the manual on how to connect "via USB"? Because there are a lot of "USB" methods, and we don't know which one you are using...

Regarding the driver, they don't mention it in the manual, and the manufacturer doesn't provide one. It is supposed to be recognized as a simple keyboard.
