The scanner doesn't recognize numbers.

Hello,
I bought a barcode scanner but it only recognizes letters and not numbers. I have barcode codes of the type: D DOC 45
The strangest thing is that it worked once, but I feel like I haven’t changed anything.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 37.0

Hello,

If your keyboard is set to AZERTY on your PC, try switching it to QWERTY and retry.
If it's already in QWERTY, do the opposite and switch it to AZERTY.

Test it and let us know if it works!

So I found the solution by searching on another forum, I just had to have the Caps Lock key activated but thanks for the reply.

It's often something very simple like that indeed. For me, it was just that the showerhead was in QWERTY while my keyboard was not.
