    check in the settings if the ringtone volume may have been accidentally lowered
    otherwise it could be related to the ringtone/vibration module
    but in that case, if it were faulty, there would be neither ringtone, even a faint one, nor vibration
    I don't know about Redmi but I don't think there are two separate modules
