Hello, I have 2 CT-S20 cameras that were working perfectly, and suddenly one went offline and I can't reconnect it. I've checked my connection and there's no issue. The other one is working fine.

    Hello,

    There are 100 reasons that could cause this..

    1° the battery completely dead or flat...?
    2° Water that might have gotten inside..?
    3° The Wi-Fi connection that doesn’t work anymore... Try pinging its IP to see if there’s a response..?
    A neighboring Wi-Fi that is interfering with yours

    You can try unplugging everything from the power outlet for 5 minutes and then restart everything...the BOX, your camera, and any other possible device.

    You didn’t mention how or with what you are checking your connection (and not connection).
