I just installed a D-Link DCS-2802KT-EU surveillance camera system -
When I try to watch the live video over the 4G network, there is no connection possible.... however, I do receive notifications in case of movement and I can view the recorded videos....
why is the live connection not possible over 4G? What can be done? Thank you

Hello, I have the same problem and it's the first time I'm encountering an issue, but with a system much more advanced than D-Link... it’s HIKVISION. As for me, I have two D-Link cameras for 5 years and never had a single problem... just like FOSCAM in 4G.
Try uninstalling mydlink and reinstalling that app, okay?

OK, I need the exact model of your camera and your phone, the name of your mobile operator, and your data plan in gigabytes. Do you have a good internet speed at home? It's surprising, I have never had a problem with D-Link! Honestly, I no longer work with this equipment, which is very good but 100 times too limited for its price! That's a shame! With Hikvision, for example, I only use line crossing and intrusion detection; no more false alerts with the unique motion detection system, etc., which is quite inaccurate, and hundreds of false alerts like with Foscam, by the way...
