IP camera password issue

Hello,
having recently purchased an IP camera (Sitecom WL-404), I couldn't wait to try it out. I plugged the Ethernet cable into my Livebox (Inventel) (through which I'm connected via Wi-Fi) and connected the power cable, I installed the drivers and the utility. When I opened it, an installation assistant for a new camera appeared, it detects the camera and asks for the password, and that's where it gets stuck. On the back of the camera, it says: username: admin password: admin, so I enter this, and after a few seconds, an error message appears: login failed (username or password error) or connection timed out :( I don't know what to do

Do not enter anything in the password and validate.
