WiFi and Bluetooth issues on Redmi Note 10

Hello, for the past few hours, my Redmi Note 10 has been unable to connect to either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. What should I do? It seems like the phone's system is crashing. Have you ever had this problem?
It says Wi-Fi is disabled, and I really don’t understand why, as airplane mode is not activated. Help!

    Hello.
    Check if WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled in the phone's settings, often this can be resolved by restarting the phone.

      Yes, they are activated properly. I really don't understand, I reset the phone but nothing works. When I try to activate them, it crashes the MUI system. Help.
