Pioneer SPH10BT Auto Connect Issue

Hello, I've been struggling for a few months to find a solution for my problem with a Pioneer SPH 10BT.
I can no longer access the auto connect function with my Samsung Galaxy S8; everything was working perfectly, and then suddenly it stopped. I have to pair my phone and the unit every time I start the vehicle. Does anyone have a solution? ^^

    Hello,
    I have the same problem, I can't connect automatically for my Pioneer sph 10bt and when I download the software, I can't open it. I have an iPhone 11.
    Help, I'm losing my mind!

      I found another solution, personally it worked for me. I reset my computer and reprogrammed it, and now I no longer have this issue.

      I have the same issue, it's impossible for it to reconnect automatically.

      I had it changed at the auto center where I bought it, it worked twice and the problem came back right away. I also have an iPhone 11 and I have to forget the device and re-pair it every time I turn on the ignition. I will try the update.
