Hello,

I have just acquired a Samsung A 50 phone, I wanted to sign up for an application, I tried to download it, I am asked for my phone number for verification, a code is sent to me by SMS and I do not receive it
I click on the French flag which gives the code +33, I then enter my number without the first 0, I also tried entering it with the 0 but nothing works, I do not receive my verification code on my phone

Can you please explain to me and tell me how to proceed?
