Hello,
It’s called "nouvel.onglet.menu" and it activates on Mozilla at every startup. I stop it by clicking on the new tab in Mozilla. If sync is active, it propagates to another PC except my laptop. This thing prevents URLs from opening.
If anyone knows how to delete it.

Hello,
It is probably due to a malicious extension (browser plugin) Tab #6 after analysis by Reanimator
