I'm not receiving the Twitch verification code.

Hello, a year ago I had a Twitch account that I used a lot, and when trying to reconnect to my account, I had to enter a verification code in my inbox. The problem is that I am NOT receiving this code. I've tried everything: checking the spam folder, verifying that the Twitch email account isn't blocked, but no, I'm not receiving the code and I can't see where the problem is. Moreover, when I log into another Twitch account with a different Gmail account, I do receive the verification code, unlike with this account!
