Good evening
I have a little problem with my mouse. The left click doesn't work or works very poorly. I should mention that I have changed the USB port, switched to a different mouse with or without a wire, but the problem persists.
To open folders or software, I then right-click and choose open. I can't find a way to fix this issue, so I thank the community for their help.
I am on a desktop PC running Windows 10. Thank you, see you soon.

Thank you very much MisteryBean, it seems to be resolved; the double-click speed was set to maximum, I didn't pay attention to that, it worked at first, noting that I just formatted my hard drive and started with a new Windows 10.
See you soon

Hello bru561,
"I specify that I changed the USB port": That won't change anything!
"changed mouse with or without wire": You mean that with other mice you have the same left click problem? That's already much stranger!
What about a wired keyboard connected to the PS2 port?
I only see Windows repair left, possibly via the Windows installation CD.
Best regards!

Hello txiki
My wireless keyboard is working fine, and it's true the problem doesn't come from the mouse or the USB port.
So, I have no choice but to turn to repair, in your opinion? I'm a bit hesitant to
mess with the registry, not being a pro, and I'm afraid of losing software or data. Best regards.

Hi,
Try: Settings => Devices => Mouse => Right => Additional options => In the window, button tab => Try adjusting the double-click speed

Hello MisteryBean
Thank you for your help, the idea is good, I'll look into it.
For the moment, I've temporarily solved the issue by changing the double-click to a single click.
I'll take a moment as soon as I can and try your solution.
I may not have expressed myself well at first, not having delved into the issue; it's the double-click that is bugging, so your message makes me very happy. I'll keep you updated and also share it with the community, THANK YOU.
