Pioneer car stereo won't turn on

Hello everyone,

I am looking to replace the original radio of my Fiat 500 (2010) with a Pioneer MVH-330DAB.
The radio was purchased from Norauto and is compatible with my car.

I have reviewed the ISO connector wiring to ensure the correct wires are connected.
Unfortunately, the radio is not working.

I thought it might be a fuse issue, but my original radio works perfectly when I reconnect it.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Or if there are people knowledgeable in this area (which I am not at all), do you have any ideas on what the problem could be?

have you used the right adapter (connector); or is it a "homemade" connection

I used the adapter provided with the car radio, that's why I'm struggling to understand where the problem is coming from :/
