The decentralized Sage cash register is no longer closing.

Hello, my company is equipped with Sage 100 and a decentralized cash register. When the cash display broke down, I called in an IT technician who created a second register because he didn't know the source of the problem and was guessing (assigned a second register name). Then he discovered that it was simply the electrical cable that was defective and he changed it, but now neither of the two registers closes at the end of the day, and the sales figures are therefore not transferring into Sage Commercial. We are forced to re-enter all sales in Sage com. Can someone help me? Thank you.

I believe I know what's happening: it's when I modified the sales codes at the checkout. Those codes are truly not recognized, and therefore their revenue does not appear in Sage com when we close the register. I'll do a test and keep you updated (for those who might find it useful...)
