VLC: the zoom square doesn't move.

Hello,

I downloaded VLC to zoom in on a part of a video. I go to video effects and enable interactive zoom, the small square appears, but I can't move it to the part I want!
How can I fix this issue? Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

    Anyone? I really need to zoom in on a specific area of interest and it doesn't work with VLC!
