Hello,
I have a tablet from 2013 that is having issues with the Play Store. I am trying to install the Deezer app, but an error message appears. This message actually shows up with any app I wish to install. I go to my apps, but nothing changes. Maybe this tablet is too old; if you could advise me on this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.
Here is the error message:

Maybe see you soon.

Hello
Indeed, your tablet is old; it must be running Android 4.2.2, and increasingly more apps require at least a minimum version of Android, for example, version 5, 6, or 7, etc.
You say any app, well go to settings then applications, find your Google Play Store app and clear the data. Sometimes, it’s also enough to delete your Google account, restart your tablet, and then add your account back. -
I don’t know if you can change it, but you can ask the moderators.
