Hello, I’ll explain my problem: I have a Samsung Galaxy GT-S5360, Android version 2.3.6. I can no longer open Google Play Store; I get a white screen and when I try to download an APK from the internet, I can't either, it sends me a message "authentication error. Google Talk was unable to establish a connection. If it's a Google Apps account, check that the Chat service is enabled for this account." For a while now, I've noticed that I always had the connection icon appearing in the bar at the top of the screen and my phone had become very slow to respond to commands. I reset my phone to factory settings, then I reconnected to my Gmail account. At first, the Google Play Store worked, then again it stopped. So I still have this connection problem, but in addition, since I reset my phone, it's impossible to reload the applications I had. Could you please help me figure out where the problem is and how I can get out of this? Looking forward to your reply.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 51.0.2704.103

Your version of Android is very old...
    Still, try to do this:

    Go to your phone’s Settings
Then, in the About phone section (usually at the bottom)
    Press Software updates
