Open attachments on Asus phone

Hello, I have an Asus Selfie 4 phone and I'm unable to open attachments from my emails on Orange. Can someone help me? Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 98.0.4758.82

    Have you checked that your issue with opening the attachment is not related to the format of the attachment or the application needed to read it?
    You need to "save" the attachment to your smartphone "before" trying to open it... Because just opening uses "temporary" storage on the smartphone which sometimes causes problems (the opening is faster than the ongoing storage and/or the internal memory is full)...
    By default, the storage location for attachments is the "Download" folder in internal memory, whereas if you "save" it yourself, you can choose the destination.
    Once saved, opening it depends on the app needed to read it (PDF, Image, etc.)
