Hello
Yesterday, I purchased Bitdefender Antivirus Plus but it is not installing correctly on my laptop. The problem is AVAST ANTIVIRUS. Apparently, it is still present. I uninstalled it from programs and it is not showing up. I used REVO uninstaller to remove it and according to the software, it is no longer there.
I contacted the Bitdefender support center but they are not responding.
Could you please help me?

Avast is quite "tough"... you need to use the dedicated tool to ....

Note that if you have Windows 10, it wouldn't have been necessary to purchase another antivirus, Windows Defender being sufficient...
