Hello,
I have a Canon Pixma G3411, but every time I start a print, the paper only feeds from one side and it shows me a paper jam error. Can you help me?

Hello,
Let’s say this defect is a mechanical problem... it’s up to you to see what’s happening in your printer that’s making the paper go crooked... through the forum...??? we can’t see your mechanics...
Generally, you need to put on some old clothes, it’s pretty messy... Unplug the machine, take off the top casing, place a few sheets in the reservoir and slowly turn the paper feed mechanism by hand to see what’s stuck...
It could be the feed rollers not turning, or a belt is broken, or a piece of paper has wrapped around the rollers (and it’s not feeding anymore) or something, a foreign object has fallen and is stuck in the paper path blocking it...
There you go, you need to have a keen eye and good lighting, a mirror to look from behind... and remedy this failure... Plug it in and try... if it works, put the casing back on. -

You see, patience and perseverance lead to success... and save the cost of another printer.
Wishing you all the best and thank you for coming to let us know what's going on.
