Hello,
We subscribed to a Freebox Delta (FO) plan on 22/01/2022
The subscription went smoothly but we did not receive a confirmation email. Calling 3244 is impossible for us as we do not have a subscriber number.
Can a Freebox subscriber please provide me with the withdrawal address for Freebox subscriptions?

The Freebox site redirects to 3244 (no access) or to the General Subscription Conditions (in the subscriber space only, and I don't have access either). -
It seems that the withdrawal address is different from the cancellation address:
