Realtek HD Audio Universal Service is consuming too much and preventing me from shutting down the PC
Hello, I don’t know if anyone will have an answer, but for some time now, I’ve noticed that my desktop PC takes 5 minutes to shut down completely. After some research, it turns out that it was Realtek HD Audio Universal Service that was preventing it from shutting down properly, and I noticed that it was consuming abnormally high resources (see screenshots).

In trying to fix the issue with my limited skills, I made the problem worse and now I have two (see screenshot) --> [I think I accidentally created a dump file, but I don’t see how this "duplicates" the program].

Anyway, after analyzing with Windows Defender, Security Task Manager, and CCleaner, the file theoretically does not contain any viruses. Moreover, it does not seem related to the driver found in the device manager because I uninstalled and reinstalled them one by one and nothing changed.
For now, I’m not disabling them at startup because I’ve seen that it’s not the best thing to do.
Can I get some help, please?
I’m attaching screenshots of my configuration info, and the link to the location of the Realtek HD Audio Universal Service source file (I don’t know if this can be useful to you).
