Hello,
I'm reaching out because I'm having a problem with my internal hard drive.
I've had my PC for about 2 years, and all of a sudden, my hard drive has disappeared. I checked in disk management and also in the BIOS, and it's impossible to find it.
I would appreciate your feedback, thank you.

Good evening
We need to check if the disk exists in the BIOS... that’s the starting point..
What is this PC Brand.....Model...Operating system..?
What type of disk is it SSD...HDD..? and what capacity..? -

Yes, but the disk seen in Windows is not the same as in the BIOS..
If you go to "Disk Management"....does that mean that Windows is working..?? and that a disk has loaded Windows..?? So..?? Which disk are you talking about... there's some mystery in the air.-
Actually, I have an SSD with Windows on it and a hard drive for all my games and some applications. My SSD is recognized well in the BIOS and in the drives, while my hard drive is the opposite; everything was fine and then suddenly nothing, it no longer gets detected or it gets detected for half a second in the devices and then nothing.
I don't know much about PCs, so I have a hard time explaining and doing things.

Hello,
If not already done, start by unplugging and plugging back in (data and power) to eliminate a loose connection.
If it’s still the same, try changing the port just in case. Also, check the cable.
Afterwards, we’ll have to ask questions about its health. It’s possible that it has failed.

By continuously trying, we eventually succeed.
So the more it fails, the more chances we have that it will work. (the Shadoks)
In addition to saying thank you (yes, yes, it’s done!!!), remember to mark it as resolved. Thank you.
