Hello.
In the Device Manager of my HP Elitebook 820 G3 running Windows 10, the graphics card has a small yellow triangle indicating that there is an issue.

Observations:
- The desktop background is blurry upon starting the PC.
- On the Windows start button, the 3 options: SHUTDOWN - RESTART - SLEEP
are present.
- Opening web browsers is very slow.

I then disabled the INTEL HD Graphics 520 card.

Observations:
- The desktop background on startup is CLEAR
- On the Windows start menu, only 2 options appear: SHUTDOWN - RESTART
- Opening web browsers is normal.

I admit that I do not see the connection between these issues. Moreover, Windows tells me that the best driver is already installed.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,

I invite you to download the driver for your graphics card from the HP website.

What error message is there on the device details, please?

Thank you for your responses.
The problem is, precisely, that no error message appears.
As for the driver, I went to the HP, INTEL, DriversCloud, and Tous les drivers websites, and no driver
has resolved the issue.

Perhaps it is simply an incompatibility between Windows 10 and the graphics card?
What is also surprising is that the graphics card is disabled and everything works.

Hello,

I called HP customer service, and they confirmed that there is an incompatibility between Windows 10 and the Intel HD Graphics 520 driver.
Recommended solution: Reinstall Windows 10 Pro.

Thank you.

Hello,

I called HP customer service, and they confirmed that it was an incompatibility between Windows 10 and the Intel HD Graphics 520 driver.

Incompatibility??

On the HP website, there is indeed a driver for Windows 10:
