Hello,

I occasionally work from home and I need to forward the internal messages that are addressed to me within my company from my work email to my home email. (I can write emails to my company)

I would like to know if I can configure Lotus Notes to forward the messages to my home?

Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Thank you Nico, you allowed me to optimize your solution.
Instead of using the condition "To cc", you put "All documents" ==> add the condition. Then follow the same procedure that Nico indicated, Actions "Send a copy to" and you enter your personal email address.

In this way, absolutely all emails received by your Lotus mailbox will be redirected to your personal inbox, including those that are not sent to you specifically but to a group whose email address is included (e.g., @financial service) or even to all employees (e.g., @Paris Site).

    Hello,

it's too bad there is no response to your request because I have the exact same problem.

    However, I did the following:
TOOL then MAIL RULES click on NEW RULE. In "Create condition" choose "for or CC" leave "Contains" and then enter your email address. Click on ADD.
In SPECIFY ACTIONS select "Send a copy to." Leave it as "Complete" and enter your home email address in "to:". Then click on ADD ACTION and OK.
    There you go...

My problem must be caused by my internal server and the spam filters that are really strict.
If you don't have an ultra-filtered network, I think my little procedure should work.

    See you later!

In fact, Nico is absolutely right; instead of entering his professional Lotus email address, you need to enter his last name. Indeed, it’s not the email address like "first.name@company.com" that appears on Lotus, but just a label like "First Last/country/company" in my case.

The forwarding to Gmail works perfectly and this will allow me to receive my work emails on my smartphone, and with Lotus, I can assure you it's a hassle (if we want it to remain free, of course).

    Hello,

I am interested in this subject. The steps that Nico, for example, described seem effective. However, when trying this small manipulation, I receive the following message:
Routing to internet addresses is not allowed. Please check the recipient list.

I have the impression that this message will limit my hopes. But I believe in the miracles that some members of this community are capable of.

    Thank you in advance!

I can easily imagine the company in question; beware of the risks involved!
But to contribute meaningfully to this topic, I must bring to your attention the tool "WirelessMail" developed by Martin Scott consulting.
It's paid, but the result is guaranteed!

Hello, I am able to route the emails from my company correctly; I have indicated the domain name, and they are being routed well! The thing is, I would like to route everything, even the emails whose domain I do not know, but how can I do that, because "all documents" does not work.
