Hello,

I have an Aastra 6731i phone connected to the company's network. Recently, it displays a message saying "no service," so the VoIP is not activated. What do I need to do to activate VoIP on this phone?

    it seems that he is unable to retrieve his configuration, or to connect to the server(s).
    it could be a network issue...
