Send a message on the same network with CMD

Hello, I'm looking to find out how to send a message using CMD. But on the forums they say "use net send". I tried that but it doesn't work. So please could you explain AND send a screenshot? Thanks in advance
PS: I have Windows 7

    Net send no longer exists in W7

    the command is msg

    msg * /server:remote_machine_name your_message

      And under Windows 10, what is the command since it does not recognize either msg or net send?

      2
