Hello,
I have a Gigaset AS690H duo. The base is AS690A.
The main one rings but not the one in the bedroom, even though it was ringing fine a while ago.
During a call, the second one lights up, indicating that it's ringing, but there's no sound.
No crossed bell icon on the screen. I checked the settings, the handset, and everything is checked for it to ring.
Apparently, someone had this problem, but for me, still no sound.
Does anyone know of a solution to fix this?
Thanks in advance to everyone.
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 15.2

Hello,
If you are searching for a handset by briefly pressing the "Paging" button on the base (top right button .))) )
Does the handset ring?
How is the ringer volume of this handset set?
Excerpt from the manual page 34 :
Note that the ringer may have also been programmed:
- not to ring during a time slot (see manual on page 35).
- not to ring for "Blocked Calls" (see manual page 35)

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...
