My Canon MG3600 printer won’t print anymore.
SolvedI’ve been having trouble with my Canon MG3600 printer since the end of August. I’ve already searched the Internet, but it doesn’t help me much.
Here’s my problem: I tried printing from my computer and it wouldn’t work because there was no paper, even though there was some; I added more and it still wouldn’t print anything, it keeps glitching.
And that’s not all: my phone can no longer connect to the printer since that day.
Which means that, whether from my computer or my phone, I can no longer print; I’m completely stuck.
Could you give me a solution, or should I buy a new one, or go see a pro to fix the problem?
Personally, I’d prefer to do the manipulations myself to fix the problem.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Good evening,
If the printer is on Wi-Fi, have you changed your router/modem or your provider?
-
The printer is indeed on Wi-Fi, and yes, I switched to both options, because I used to be with Free and now I have fiber and I’ve been with Bouygues since last year.
However, the printer is a Canon TS5350a, I was mistaken.

Since last year, have you used the printer?
It’s possible it’s on the old network if no one has performed the necessary steps to re-pair it.

Yes, I have already used the printer before.
And I also took the necessary steps at that time to connect it to the network.

Hello,
If the printer is no longer visible on the phone, it means it is no longer on the network.
Or a driver update to do or redo.
Try first to reconnect it to the network, using the "WPS" method or otherwise...

I wasn't able to reconnect it to the network using WPS and I tried at least 3 times; it shows me a connection error message.
So I will try to reinstall it.
I also noticed that even from my computer I can no longer print and I don't even know if I can still scan.
Kind regards,

I have finally reinstalled the printer software; it’s working on the computer, but the “out of paper” message persisted, so I added paper again. However, afterward, it no longer recognized the tray, so I turned it off and unplugged the printer, and it works again.
And for my phone, I had to download the Canon Print software to be able to print.
