Hello,

I have a new laptop, a Dell Latitude 5420.
The key on the left, which I use to switch to uppercase or to use the number keys, is constantly lit.
I can no longer tell if I'm in uppercase or lowercase mode, which is annoying.
Is it a false manipulation or a problem with the PC?
Could you please help me?

    If there is no indicator light, at least on Windows 10, there are 3 methods.

    The DIY method:
    keep a blank text file on the desktop at all times, and type something in it.

    The downside is that, unlike what happens with Num Lock, it completely disables it, not just at startup, so you will have to use the Shift key when you want uppercase letters.
