Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my shift key. When I want to remove the capitals, I have to press the "lock" key instead of the shift key (arrow under the lock key). How can I restore it using the arrow key?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hi NatachaW,
It's very simple, you need to right-click on the taskbar, then in the toolbars, you select language bar, then you'll see a small FR appearing at the bottom right. There, you right-click on it and choose settings, then you need to select Key Settings at the bottom of the "Text Services and Input Languages" window in the preferences tab. You can then choose how to unlock the uppercase letters.
There you go, good luck @+

My brother has the same problem as me, but the solution you provided doesn't work for him (Windows XP - HP). Can you help me?
Thanks in advance for your reply. Talk to you later.
