Transfer data from SD card to new Android

Hello,

I had a Samsung S9 that stopped working, so I ordered the same new phone. I put my old SIM card and my old memory card into the new phone, but most of my data didn't transfer (I couldn't keep my photos or apps...).
Now I have a notification in the settings that says "SD Card; Tap here to transfer media files," with two buttons: "Open" and "Eject." When I click "Open," nothing happens, and I'm afraid that clicking "Eject" will cancel everything and I won't be able to recover anything.

What should I do?

Hello
The SD card is probably encrypted by the old phone.
You need to put the SD card back in the old phone and use the Samsung app to transfer the accounts, etc.
If your SD card has a large capacity, you will either need a second SD card in the new one or go through a PC connected to the phone to recover the content, then transfer it to the new one.
Best regards
