Be careful with mavoiturecash because they dangle a tempting trade-in price which might seem attractive, but once the appointment is made and all the information provided (registration document, chassis number, maintenance invoices, and of course, photos), they offer you a price that is about 30% lower for your trade-in - so be cautious about the information you share - I was too naive this time.

Good evening, for my part, I conducted a remote appraisal of my car held under a lease scheme at the end of October 2022; it was a former company vehicle, so it had 2 seats; this situation was known to that company (as a reminder, it was necessary to provide the registration number to access the registration form....), with the delivery of the registration certificate and the latest technical inspection report, I received a reasonable buy-back estimate (€8200) and the steps to follow to finalize the purchase; the only "catch" was that the car had to be in my name and not in the name of the lessor...

So I bought it back from the lessor and registered it at my own expense, then sent a copy of the new registration certificate to the appraiser.

SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY NEWS FROM THIS COMPANY! despite several follow-ups, neither from the appraiser nor from customer service (although the term seems inappropriate)

there is no doubt about the reliability of this site.
However, the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Indeed, a certain Marine, (an employee of the company Cartrade2b in relation to the company Mavoiturecash.fr) allows herself to use an unpleasant tone as well as to make negative personal remarks towards the customer.

My car was appraised by Ma voiture. Cash (a subsidiary of the central office) offered €10,600, and I was given an appointment at Ma Mobilité Cash in La Roche sur Yon to check the condition of my vehicle three days later. So far, nothing unusual...
But one day before the appointment, a salesperson (not very good at selling) called me back and said there was a bug in the evaluation software and that he could only offer me €7,000 for a vehicle that is valued at €11,600 according to Argus and €10,600 according to the central office...
Don't waste your time (and your money) with these people; they give you a correct estimate initially and then, without even seeing the vehicle, offer you nearly half...

Look elsewhere because they are crooks; they want to make big margins at your expense.

My experience: Estimated at €48,680 only to finally be told we’ll give you €35,000 for an Audi S3 that is serviced with Audi warranty and has no scratches.

Honestly, they call themselves experts who will contact you? They are temps who know nothing about cars. So it's better to check out the competition, who actually exist on the street: Vendez votre voiture.fr, Aramisauto, Spoticar.
