    Settle your debt directly with the hospital..

    Your 'bailiff' is illegally demanding €7 in fees from you. You are in the 'amicable' phase, so there are no 'fees'..

    If the hospital is part of the Public Sector, it is possible (low probability!) that the Treasury Accountant will pursue you through a Treasury Bailiff (TAX!!) with seizure (Receipt Title with enforceable character..).
