Hello,
Despite changing all the cartridges (compatible ones) on the printer, our prints are very pale and have a red/pink tint.
For your information, the cartridges are recognized by the printer, prints work well in black, but in color they have a pink tint (even the background of the page is pink!)
We have removed and reinserted the cartridges, and it’s still the same.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be and what steps to follow?

Configuration: Windows / Edge 96.0.1054.53

Hello,
The cartridges are "compatible", so they are not original EPSON cartridges?
Maybe you should test with original EPSON cartridges or other "compatible" ones to see
if the issue does not come from the cartridge used.
Even if there are good quality compatible cartridges, I personally distrust "adaptables" because I've had very bad experiences..
