Enable Developer Mode with Family Link

Hello, I have been developing desktop games for a while and I would like to start mobile development
For that, I need to enable development mode on my phone.
The problem is that Family Link is preventing me from doing so, so I would like to know how to allow a child account to enable development mode (from the parental account).
