How to unlock FastBoot mode on the TCL 20 SE

Hello,
I have a TCL 20 SE since 2021 between the 10th and 11th grade during the summer holidays. For a year now, and it was last year around October at the beginning of the week my phone got stuck in FAST BOOT mode and since then I can't unlock it when I turn it on. I went to the tech department of my Hyper U in Vendée, they couldn't do anything, and I even saw the IT technician from my old high school and since that day it has been stuck.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

An issue that hasn't been followed up since September 2023 is unlikely to be resolved.
Especially since the smartphone was entrusted to two services that could not restore it and that one attempt has probably locked it with no possibility of recovery.
Finally, CCM does not intervene to bypass protections put in place by administrations or individuals,

It was written in the tutorial:
"Keep in mind that a factory reset will erase all information on the device and it cannot be recovered; if the data on the SD memory card has been encrypted, it will no longer be accessible."
If it restarts, it's at 0 just like completely new.
The SD card can be formatted on a PC but will then be empty. A "data recovery" attempt must be made beforehand, if it hasn't been encrypted.
