Hello,
How to remove the audio description (the voice that comes on every time we exit and return to the show) on a Sony Bravia television!
PS the yellow, blue, red, and green buttons do not seem to work on the remote control.

Check on the remote control if there is a button "" AD " (=Audio Description)
At my place, this button is at the bottom, last line in the center

Check the SUBTITLE (CC) button on the remote if you have it...
If not, you can reset the TV if the problem persists.

It is not for the hearing impaired; it is not the text that appears but rather a voice that explains the scene to the visually impaired. This voice continuously returns when changing channels. I spent an hour on the phone with a guy from Sony and it still doesn’t work. The TV is very close to being returned to the store!! We surely need to find another way because using the decoder remote, the voice keeps coming back.

I've tried this with all the HDMI inputs 1-2-3-4 and it always says function not available for the current input. The same goes for the audio button! The TV is on the verge of being returned to the store. I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday with a guy from Sony and it's still not working!
