"Custom sticker" unavailable on my Instagram account

Hello, I have two Instagram accounts, a personal one and a professional one, both set to public. On my professional account (which I use less), I have the personal add sticker available, but not on my personal account... How can I get it?

    You need to report it to Instagram under "Help" then "Report a Problem".

    In the message, take a screenshot of the stickers and show that there is no "personal addition" and tell them that it's not normal because this update dates back to December 2021 and we are currently almost in November 2022.

    After that, I don't know if it was that that worked, but later that evening I got the "personal addition" sticker.
