I had the same issue, and I just managed to solve it. I have a personal account and a professional account; the stickers appeared on the personal account but not on the professional one (which is problematic when you want to increase interactions with followers through polls, questions, etc.). So you absolutely must have two accounts, one of which has these famous options. Here are the steps that worked for me:

- Go to the account that has the stickers/options Poll, Question, Smiley face with hearts (couldn't find a better title)

- Switch to the story editor (by swiping left from the navigation, or by clicking on your account's profile picture), take a photo and add the 3 stickers (always the same ones)

- Publish the story and immediately after, turn on airplane mode

- Switch to the other account and go back to the story editor again. Take a photo, go to the stickers, and there you should normally see the 3 stickers you were missing before. Add them to your story and then publish it (you are still in airplane mode at this stage).

- Disable airplane mode. Your story will publish with the stickers (on both accounts). You can delete the stories afterward if you wish.

- The stickers will still not appear in the first sticker tab, but in the left page "Recent".

I think that if you don't regularly use the stickers in question, they will disappear from the section. You'll just have to repeat the process if needed.

A little shout-out to Sourisverte2 and Darkleopard, I understand that going over the same question multiple times can be annoying, especially when you think you've given the solution beforehand. You have proof here that ultimately, waiting wasn't necessarily the right solution (when the 6-month "normal delay" has passed, I think), and that there was indeed a way to "hack" the system.

I think moderating a forum can sometimes be tedious, but remember that not all problems stem simply from a millennial's whim, but sometimes from a feature that can provide a huge boost to certain Instagram entrepreneurs.

Thank you in any case for your efforts; luckily, some people like you have the time to enlighten the communities on the "mysteries of Instagram".

As with every announced update, people panic because they are not among the chosen ones who get the new options right away... As mentioned many times before, you need to WAIT!

We never all have the same features at the same time... Updates are done in batches of users... And it can take SEVERAL MONTHS. Yes, that's normal.

Same for me, and yet I've had numerous updates and I also had the Instagram story that showcased the sticker, it's been 2 weeks now. And still nothing since, it's weird after all...

I know I'm going to be told to wait, but is it normal that in addition to not having the Question option on Instagram, I still don't have the Poll option which I believe was released last year? I have 2 accounts and my other account (the less important one, of course) has no issues! I feel like I've been left out!

I still don't have it, it's August... I've tried everything too, but nothing works. I read that this feature was released on January 11, it's a long wait, isn't it? x(

It's been a while now, it's getting annoying. How long can it take?

I also don’t have the question sticker, even though I have 3 other accounts on my phone and they do have it... I uninstalled, logged out, etc... but still nothing. If anyone has a "solution" or other advice besides waiting, I would gladly take it. (Oh and the sticker appeared once or twice but it disappears automatically a few seconds after I see it.)

It's November 19, 2018, and I don't have any stickers (polls or questions), what should I do because it's been over 6 months now!!
If it's not a year or more for the polls.

It's November 29th, lots of updates for the app on my phone but still no question sticker or anything else.
