Counterfeiting on showroom

I received Chevignon puffer jackets yesterday afternoon and I had this kind of puffer jacket years ago, so I know this product well.
There's no need to go to the store to see that these jackets are fake, poor stitching, no feathers inside, chrome button instead of the color of the jacket, cheap interior label sewn like a child’s, in short, a total disaster.
Can I file a complaint for fraud?
