Hello,

I have a Duoduogo tablet, I can turn it on but when I enter my code a black screen appears and then the unlock screen appears again.

I can no longer use it.

Can someone help me?

    Hello,
    I have the same problem with the Duoduogo G20 tablet. Impossible to use it, with the correct code of course.
    Does anyone have a trick for resetting it to factory settings?
    The power + volume+ technique doesn't work, we can't get to the recovery menu, the tablet starts but it doesn't solve the problem...

      Hello,
      If I understand correctly, the tablet is resetting and asking you for a code again?
      If so, that’s normal because after a reset, the Google code that was used at the first use of the tablet is required; it’s not the tablet's "code"... it’s a completely functional anti-theft system and it's great!
