My Duoduogo tablet is stuck on a black screen :(

Hello,
I can't turn on my Duoduogo tablet anymore because the screen remains black. Apparently, the sounds still work, but I can't interact with the screen. I've tried different combinations to turn it on, but it only manages to brighten the black screen a bit, if you know what I mean ????
I would be thrilled if someone finds the solution to my problem :)

Bug: Black screen but sound is heard (if not disabled)
Cause:
The brightness setting is pushed to 0 ... it's impossible to modify it... except by hard reset....
Solution:
Hard reset.
Then
App to compensate for the issue:
Lux lite dash (by Vito Cassisi)
It modifies the brightness when going into sleep mode, when shaking the tablet and when
plugging in the charger ... it's up to you to adjust it.
Hard reset:
(the "+" and "-" are indicated on the buttons ... not very visible)
Fully charge the tablet .....
not charging => power + "+" ~ 10s
It shows:
Select Boot Mode:
[Volume_UP to select. Volume_Down is OK]
[Recovery Mode] <<==
[Fastboot Mode]
[Normal Boot]
Use "+" button to move and "-" to validate.
Choose "Recovery mode" then ....
It shows the lying robot and "No command", press:
Power + "+"
and there you access the main restore menu....
Use "+" and "-" buttons to move and "power" to validate.
Reset:
Wipe data/factory reset
Then:
Reboot system now
Procedure carried out in real on the tablet ....

Thanks, I clearly thought my tablet from last month was screwed...
when I do this process, I end up in factory mode with auto test manual test, item test, delug test clear emmc version and reboot
I don't have boot mode as written above
