For filing a complaint, you can try bringing all the elements... but, aside from the fact that it may not be admissible (as the offense has not been established), the origin of the trickery is likely outside your jurisdiction...

Hello, I'm currently in the same situation as you!! After reviewing my toneo card thinking everything would work, unfortunately my codes no longer work.. So I've lost €1000.. I also specify that I was in the same case as you when the person sent me the link to check my codes, I strictly didn't do it.. And yet, after receiving my card, my codes have never worked, I'm waiting for a response from you to tell me if you are able to recover your money?

Reminder about scams: they are often based on unbelievable offers, like the one above: buying super expensive things for a few euros, let’s not push it!

Note: being a dupe is one thing: it serves the naïve right. But that doesn’t change the fact that it’s still a scam, which is a crime, fully punishable.

I received the card from this famous Toneofirst.

So I activated it and entered the username and password they sent me by SMS.

But the app doesn't work anymore.

Neither the app password. And I’ve sent quite a few emails, but haven't received any response from them. It's driving me crazy.....????????????????????????????

So I don't even have money for my rent payment.

I'm sooooooo fed up!!!!????????????????????????????

Hello, same error as you, I simply can't order the card and of course, no tobacconist around me sells it. Customer service hasn't provided me with any answers, so I've lost 500 euros because customer service can't provide me with a card. I have no solution, it's ridiculous.

I was deceived today by a hearing-impaired woman who was selling her non-drivable car, and she told me to buy a toneo first coupon. Don't expect too much from the 'complaint', the scammer with a 'fake' identity is certainly based outside of jurisdiction, thus out of reach.. As for the phone, it must be a mobile with an anonymous SIM card.

Showing the 'proof' is equivalent to handing over the money anonymously. Unfortunately, that's a lost cause..

Be careful, the Internet and especially Social Networks are infested with a myriad of scammers taking advantage of the naivety of countless gullible people ready to swallow all sorts of nonsense.

Hello, I just got scammed for the purchase of a car on Facebook by a hearing-impaired woman who can't go out without permission from her center. She asked for a payment of €950 and then raised it to €1350. I realized it was a scam after checking the tickets on the site sent by this person; soon, the ticket will be unrecoverable, even after opening a toneo account. You have entered the numbers from your tickets on a site that belongs to the scammer... this way, he was able to withdraw money from the tickets...

The money is no longer credited on the tickets... you won't see it again... sorry!

You can still file a complaint with the gendarmerie... but since the scammers are most likely in Africa... they will not be able to do anything.

PS: Be careful... if someone says they can recover your money... it's also a scam!

Hello, this morning I experienced exactly the same thing. A hard-of-hearing lady who lives in the same village as me, but is staying at a center 1 hour and 50 minutes away. She was selling a car for €850. She needs to request an exit permit for the sale. We arranged to meet in the village, but she doesn't want cash because she doesn't want to take the risk of walking around with that amount. I told her she could just deposit the money at her place and return to her center stress-free. Well, no, she wants me to pay through TONEO FIRST. I sense a scam. I quickly checked online and came across the same scam.
