- Fransat decoder - what does "USB device removed" mean? What to do?

We just reinstalled the decoder on a new TV. The message "USB device removed" appears. What should we do?

    Hello
    This message is coming from your TV, not from the Fransat decoder which is probably connected via HDMI.

    Don't touch anything on the TV, turn it off...
    Wait 15 seconds, unplug the devices connected via USB to your TV
    Not the Fransat decoder!
    Turn it back on!

    The message should not appear if no devices are connected via USB to your TV.
