Hi, I have an error that frequently appears in the "Event Viewer", and I've never figured out where it comes from. It even happens when I'm on the Web, causing my screen to freeze for a few seconds, which is really annoying. =/

(Failed to notify the Load event profile for component {B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB}. The error code is See Tracelogging for error details)

If anyone knows why this is happening... I would be glad to know, thank you.

    Hello,

    This is a Windows 10 version 1809 bug for which there is no guaranteed effective solution, but it has no impact other than seeing the alert in the event viewer.

    Update Windows 10 to a newer version.
