Outdoor camera problem with icsee

Hello,
I introduce myself, jcc 160360 from Burgundy, and I greet you all.
My question is, I have 3 outdoor cameras with no brand that were working with ICSEE, I had to change my Freebox but now my cameras don't work anymore. I tried with ICSEE, but it asks me for my password and I can't remember it, so I clicked on forgot password, I received a code to reset the password, I redid it and it’s impossible, it doesn’t accept the new password, it says 8 digits and more letters, but no way.
Has anyone experienced this problem? And thank you for your answers.

Hello, I have the same problem.
I log into my account xxxxxx, I check lost password, I provide my email address, a message indicates to check the code in your email and fill in 4 _ but you have 200 seconds to react, if after 3 attempts you haven't succeeded, you will have to wait 24 hours before trying again. I proceed this way or at least I try.
Set up your PC to check your email.
On your smartphone, open ICSee, enter your username, and click on lost password, enter the email address, a line will appear with 4_ this is where you need to enter the code received in the email on the PC. You need to be quick, but the message takes more than 200 seconds to arrive, that's my case, I have to try again 24 hours later.
I contacted the author of the ICSee software but I'm still waiting for his response, as well as Amazon.
