Hello,

I bought a V380 camera and I'm able to connect to Wi-Fi without any issues, but I don't know how to view my cameras when I'm connected via 4G on my Android phone.

You need to create an account through the V380 app and log in with it.

Hello, I had the same problem, I had to connect it via cable. There must surely be a setup to do at the box because when I entered my passwords and the camera code, it says connection error and yet the settings are good. I had to buy a 10 m RJ45 cable to be able to connect the camera, which is detected automatically.
