Start without extensions

Good evening!! Excuse me, I did the whole process and the Mac finally restarted but it still keeps displaying startup without extensions.

The procedure for starting up without extensions depends on the processor, as explained here by Apple: https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT201262
If you have an Intel processor, you need to press and hold the Shift key during the startup of your Mac.

If in your case the startup without extensions mode is activated while you are not pressing any keys on your keyboard, it may be because your Shift key is stuck in the pressed position.
Finally, to know a bit more, it would be good if you could specify:
- the exact model of your Mac: see this mini tutorial with images and do the indicated copy/paste
- the version of Mac OS X installed (Menu "Apple () -> About This Mac…")

And on the keyboard side, have you checked if you had a stuck Shift key?
